PVC and PET are not recommended.

The system produces sheets up to 1300 × 1300 mm. Larger sizes Models are available like1224 Sheetpress System, 1530 Sheetpress System.
What thickness of sheets can be made?
Sheets can be manufactured in thicknesses ranging from 4 mm to 40 mm. However We have tested upto 60 mm Thickness.
How long does it take to produce one sheet?
Production time depends on the material type and sheet thickness, typically ranging between 20 to 60 minutes per cycle. For example, a 12 mm thick sheet using around 18 kg of raw material takes approximately 30 minutes to melt in the hot press. For faster production, we also offer high-power models that can significantly reduce cycle times.
Is the machine fully automatic?
The base model is semi-automatic, with options for PLC-based automation, smart operating system, and mold handling add-ons. 2 People can easily Operate the Production.
