What materials can the 1224 Sheetpress System process?
It can press most common thermoplastics such as PP,HDPE, PE, PS, ABS, and LDPE.
PVC and PET are not recommended.
What is the maximum sheet size the machine can produce?
The system produces sheets up to 1200 × 2400 mm. Larger sizes Models are available like 1530 Sheetpress System.
What thickness of sheets can be made?
Sheets can be manufactured in thicknesses ranging from 4 mm to 25 mm. However We have tested upto 60 mm Thickness in smaller Sheets.
How long does it take to produce one sheet?
Production time depends on the material type and sheet thickness, typically ranging between 1 to 2.5 Hours per cycle. For example, a 12 mm thick sheet using around 35 kg of raw material takes approximately 20 minutes to melt in the hot press. For faster production, we also offer high-power models that can significantly reduce cycle times.
Is the machine fully automatic?
The base model is semi-automatic, with options for PLC-based automation, smart operating system, and mold handling add-ons. 2 People can easily Operate the Production.
