Sheets can be manufactured in thicknesses ranging from 4 mm to 25 mm. However We have tested upto 60 mm Thickness.
How long does it take to produce one sheet?
Production time depends on the material type and sheet thickness, typically ranging between 20 to 60 minutes per cycle. For example, a 12 mm thick sheet using around 14 kg of raw material takes approximately 30 minutes to melt in the hot press. For faster production, we also offer high-power models that can significantly reduce cycle times.
