What is the maximum sheet size the machine can produce?
The system produces sheets up to 600 × 600 mm. Larger sizes Models are available like 1515 Sheetpress System, 1224 Sheetpress System, 1530 Sheetpress System.
What thickness of sheets can be made?
Sheets can be manufactured in thicknesses ranging from 4 mm to 25 mm. However We have tested upto 60 mm Thickness.
How long does it take to produce one sheet?
Production time depends on the material type and sheet thickness, typically ranging between 45 to 75 minutes per cycle. For example, a 12 mm thick sheet using around 8 kg of raw material takes approximately 20 minutes to melt in the hot press. For faster production, we also offer high-power models that can significantly reduce cycle times.
Is the machine fully automatic?
The base model is semi-automatic, with options for PLC-based automation, smart operating system, and mold handling add-ons. 2 People can easily Operate the Production.
What maintenance does the machine require?
